1. Operability: two operation panels make manual operation more convenient.
The operation panel on the pile turner enables people to control the operation process of the machine more intuitively and conveniently:
Control the wind volume, align the paper pile back and forth, adjust the clamping force and shaking force of the paper pile, etc.
2. Hydraulic system: temperature control device is used to prevent the instability of hydraulic system in high temperature season and cold season.
1. Flip the paper pile to replace the tray
Flip the original tray onto the top of the paper pile through the flip function, which is convenient to manually take out the original tray and replace it with other trays. Then flip the paper pile back to its original position with the flip function (especially when the paper pile is purchased and the tray is made of wood).
2. Align the paper, Remove dust from paper, loosen the paper, dry, Neutralize odors, take out the damaged paper, center, and adjust the temperature, humidity and air volume, replace the tray.
Align: The paper is aligned by blowing (adjustable air volume) and vibrating (adjustable vibration amplitude), which makes the paper loose and removes dust and impurities in the paper pile (prolonging the service life of the printer and improving the printing clarity), and neutralizes the paper smell (playing an important role in food packaging) by adjusting the air volume. The wind makes the ink in the paper pile dry quickly and can adjust the temperature and humidity, to prevent the quality and efficiency from being affected by the warpage of the paper in the subsequent production and processing process. In the process of paper aligning, the damaged paper in the paper pile can be pulled out.
3. The machine can efficiently align the paper pile (about 3 minutes).
