Large-diameter gluing roller: It has a built-in water circulation heating system, so it can evenly heat up the rubber rollers, which makes them have a constant temperature. As a result they can evenly and thinly coat gel on the material with a sound glue viscosity (because the glue has higher requirement for temperature).
Heatable assistant plate for gluer:the plate will lift up to assist gluing when the machine is running.

Cloth side guard-adjuster: Before gluing, the cloth will be verified first through the front guard-adjuster and the side guard-adjuster to ensure the cloth can be fed in balanced manner.

The water level in the outside layer can be automatically monitored. It can alarm if the water level is lower in order to keep it from being burnt. It automatic glue viscosity device can also automatically monitor the gel viscosity and add water.
Air-cooling device: When the cloth after gluing, through air-cooling device, make glues high-speed viscous, to ensure the bonding of cloth and board. (Optional device)
360-degree rotating four-position mechanism: One station absorbs board, one station finishes pasting the board onto the cloth, one station wraps long side and pinches the angles, and one station wraps short sides, and the four stations act synchronously. (Invention patent)
Board suction device: it is a brand-new patent design. The width of the case is adjusted by the ball screw, while the length of the case is designed in a sliding groove. The position is adjusted while it is pulling and moving at a time. (Utility model patent)
Side-wrapping mechanism: Adopt a servo motor to automatically adjust the length and width. It is designed in wrapping side in a low oblique pressure plate, which makes the product more close because of no empty side.
Large diameter pressing roller: The pressing roller is a rubber roller of larger diameter and pressure. So it can make sure that the finished products are smoother without bubbles.
