Computer-controlled operation unit
1. The machine adopts computer control, with Japan servo driver.
2. Each unit is equipped with HMI touchscreen with simple operation, accurate adjustment and auto zero.
3. The memory function: when the correct data is input it is automatically saved for the next use. 9999 memory function.
4. Data can be adjusted individually, without the use of the order function. Operator can automatically run independent input data utilising single box set up system. Length, width and height of box can be entered and slot unit will set automatically
5. Machine can be adjusted independently and then new data updated when it displays allows the operator to see the fault in the machine is in operation.
6. Backup system in the case of loss of memory. Data can be easily reinstated.
7. In case the machine needs to be opened during running, on closing the machine will automatically, restore to its original position.
8. Automatic anilox lifting to save unnecessary wash up.

Equipped with suction debris and dust removal. This removes the majority of dust on the printing surface, thus improving the printing quality.
With this suction system, damage to the corrugated sheet is minimized and despite small changes in board thickness, print quality is unaffected.
Feed unit is fully adjustable both manually, by motorization and also with CNC computer control.
Auto Zero allows machine to be open, adjustments to be made, closed and set back to zero position, thus saving operator time.

Operating Functions
1. Die cylinder and anvil, when not in operation, are automatically opened to alleviate the impact on the machine and extend the life of the urethane.
2. Die cylinder has horizontal adjustment of 10mm.
3. Anvil cylinder is fitted with automatic hunting action up to 30mm, which evenly distributes where and extends life.
4. The machine is equipped with servo driven anvil synchronization to assist in improving accuracy with worn anvils.
