The whole machine axles and rollers are made of high quality steel, tempered, quenching and tempering treatment; Grinding, high precision computer dynamic balance correction, hard chrome plated on the surface.

The whole machine transmission gear are made of high quality steel, carburizing , quenching treatment and grinding treatment to sure have high precision printing for long time working.

The transmission part (shaft tooth connection) of the whole machine adopts keyless connection (expansion sleeve) to eliminate connection joint clearance, suitable for long-term high-speed operation with large torque.

Spray lubrication .Each unit is equipped with an oil balancing device to ensure the oil balance in the oil tank of each unit. Whole machine’s bear has filling aperture,easy to filling.

Computer control department

· The machine and electrical appliances are all made of well-known brands: touch screen (human-machine interface).

· Machine zeroing, preset position and automatic plate alignment functions: printing, slotting phase zeroing and preset to ensure that all printing on the first board is inked, and the second board is basically adjusted in place, which can compensate for errors during operation.

· Memory reset function: when the printing plate needs to be repaired or wiped, this function can be used. After the repair or wiping, it will reset automatically without adjustment.

· Order phase storage function: 999 order phases can be stored. After the stored order, the equipment automatically memorizes the phase position of the printing plate. When the next time the stored order is enabled, after the plate is hung, the equipment will automatically adjust to the correct position of the memory, which greatly saves the adjustment time of changing the order.

1.According to different bending conditions of paperboard, air volume can be adjusted to ensure smooth paper supply.

2.The rear end of the machine is equipped with interlock control switch to control the emergency stop paper feeding.

3.Servo controller is used to control paper feeding and stop paper feeding, which is fast and labor-saving.

4.It adopts the patented pressure free servo leading edge roller paper feeding system (four rows of paper feeding wheels, each row of paper feeding wheels is equipped with a servo motor to drive separately, and at the same time, it starts and stops at different times to realize extended paper feeding). There is no flattening phenomenon on the corrugated board, which greatly improves the compression of the carton.

5.The positions of left and right side baffles and back stop boxes are adjusted electrically; the gap between front baffles is adjusted manually.

6.Septum feeder (continuous or septum feeding can be selected as required).

2、Dust removal device:

IV. Stacking Department

1、Paper receiving arm
